I was going to shoot this on the first day but as it was a weekday I thought it may not be the best idea as it would be more busy in the area. I am lucky I decided this as I found out later part of the palace is used as council offices for the town! It has been under renovation for over 20 years but in the last few years the project has been abandoned. It was completed in the 18th century with avant-garde style architecture forms, connecting to the palace next door. It features a huge clock tower and ornamental motifs typical of the eighteenth century. There are several grand staircases and every single internal room has been frescoed by 3 relatives all working together to create these beautiful optical illusion artworks, called Quadratura and di sotto in sù, which means seen from below. Every ceiling is painted in this amazing place and it gave me great pleasure staring at the frescoes and all the details and characters while taking photos here.

Printing
- Your print is produced in-house at Gina Soden’s studio. The quality of your artwork is important, once printed Gina Soden personally checks each artwork individually.
- Prints are produced using Hahnemühle Fine Art Baryta 325gsm Giclee, a premium quality paper, which is perfect for Gina Soden’s brightly coloured and textured images. This archival paper sets the benchmark for high colour depth and image definition.
Framing
- Your artwork will then be framed to conservation standard
- The frame profile will be approx 40mm wide by 30mm deep.
- Off-white textured acid free mount.
- 2mm clear standard picture glass (UV protected 66%) Low reflection option available.
- Mounted onto acid free backing board.
- 2mm Kraftboard back.
- Fixings are included for hanging.
Delivery
- Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
- Unframed works will be sent in a tube via a signed delivery service.
- Framed works will be safely packaged, crated and insured and will then be delivered via a courier or international shipper.
