Abandoned for almost 50 years, this was a beautiful tea room with richly decorated plastered ceilings. Built in the 1800’s, It was part of a large hotel with 140 rooms. It featured many services for its aristocratic clients. A grand queen stayed here during the era of thermal medicine. It was recently sold for just over 10,000 euros, which is a ridiculous price given its size. However, it will need millions to be renovated. I arrived here at 6am and waited for the little light from the sun to rise over the valley into the single tiny window in the room.
