A national beauty pageant was held every year to crown "Miss Midland" during the late 1970's and 1980's. The winner and 3 other women are shown here in the Tapestry room (a huge tapestry which took 54 women 18 months to hand produce using looms)

The Ned Commission
In early 2017, Gina was commissioned by Soho House to create artwork for the incredible Edwin ‘Ned’ Lutyens designed Grade I listed former Midland Bank in the heart of the city.
Gina created a series of 8 new works for the collection, using archival imagery of the workers building the foundations of the bank in 1928, and images of the staff, managers, cleaners and photographs of when the bank was open to the public.
